Great product

  • Great product, lot of flexibility in customization. Very good support desk. Fast and capable.
    Room for improvement:
    – enable more payment gateways as credit cards and paypal are less common in Holland than they are in USA
    – enable Matrix Scale answers like in your Survey Maker
    – when exporting/importing questions, also export ID so an import can replace (overwrite) existing questions rather than adding on to the existing questions

    But it is really a fantastic tool!

    As to the last suggestion (connected to the ID of the questions), I want to mention, that the plugin actually has this kind of functionality available for usage.

    In order to find it, you can go to the Quiz Maker plugin > Questions page and click on the Import button.
    By doing this, you will see the Update existing questions option. You need to tick this option.

    By ticking this option, the system checks, and in case it finds a question with the particular ID, it replaces the ID.
    In case there is no question with the particular ID, the system creates a new one.

    Please note, that this option is available only on the PRO version of the plugin.
