Great product and awesome customer service

My website requires a lot from a scheduling applicaton – we have many staff members and make upwards of 30+ appointments a day, every day. The Birchpress plugin handles everything wonderfully, the interface is intuitive, and the customization options are perfect and plentiful. Scheduling, individual staff pages, customer and staff email notifications, and flawless mobile integration, among so many other great features.

The customer service team (via support ticket for ‘Business’ version and above) is also super attentive and have offered personalized solutions to some of our problems/suggestions we’ve had. In general have gone out of their way to help us out when we encounter an issue (which is relatively rare).
