Great product and greater support

  • I normally do not write reviews about a product unless it is outstanding. My version of outstanding = great Product + Great Support.

    In this regard, I had a simple suggestion about adding a functionality to remove the WordPress drop down menu on the top left of the admin bar that links to the WordPress support etc pages. Confusing to the end users.

    I got a quick response with a suggestion to do it using code, and their team will look into adding this as a feature (switch) in a future release.

    Simply put, I recommend this product because it is ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Free’. Thank you guys.
