Great Product and Support

  • For the last few years, I’ve been using Ninja Forms on my website for registration, lead generation, and consultation capture. It’s been an integral part of my websites success. I tried many of the popular form plugings, but Ninja Forms won out because:
    – it works
    – it’s easy to use
    – has all the features I need
    – Has extra plugins when I needed a certain feature, such as integration with ActiveCampaign (which has worked great!)

    Their support is amazing. On Sunday, I updated my website and included a new Ninja form for a new lead magnet. I tested it and everything worked. The next day, none of the Ninja Forms were working! The same day I updated my website, my Ninja Form subscription renewed. I thought it cause the issue.

    Their support said the renewal could not cause the issue. Long story short, their support walked me through how to troubleshoot it and then logged into my account as well to help out.

    Amazing product and support!
