Great product and top notch support!

I have been in the online marketing space for more than 10 years. Over the years I tried numerous web form plugins. Formidable Forms is hands down the best web form product on the market today. While it does lack some basic features (like being able to add a disclosure text UNDER the final submit button in multi step forms and others) the most of the functionality needed for advanced users like myself is already there. That said, besides having some of the most advanced features, in my opinion, Formidable Forms’ most valuable advantage over ALL the rest of the competitors is their top notch customer support! They are literally responding in minutes in some cases! Also, compared to ALL the rest web form providers, Formidable Forms support does reply on weekends. I worked with many other web form providers and most of their tech support SUCKS! Not only many of them (like Fluent Forms) respond no earlier than 24 hours and more often than not after 48 hours, the support they provide is horrible! It is like pulling teeth. With Formidable Forms every issue is solved in a few messages and since they reply so fast, your issue can be solved in a few hours or one day tops. I can go on and on. But I think you got the idea that Formidable Forms is the best web form plugin on the market in my experience.
