Great Product but Ridiculous Pricing

In the past, I have used quite a few form builders but WPForms is perhaps one of the best drag and drop form builders I have come across.

I found the UI clean, simple and self-explanatory. In short, even a novice or amateur can build a form in just a few simple clicks.

However, the only part that I don’t like is their price plans.

1) Their plans & pricing are absolutely ridiculous. For e.g., my requirement is of the Basic plan for unlimited websites, but the plan is restricted to one website only.

When all my requirement fits into the Basic plan, why would I invest a whopping of $299.5 just for the sake of unlimited sites and thereafter, pay $599 each year on renewal?

2) The other, they offer a 50% discount on the 1st purchase and thereafter, they charge 100% on the renewal which is simply not understood. Perhaps, I have rarely come across such kind of reverse concept.

Just building a great product is not enough. One should also understand the people and their requirements.

I would have definitely purchased the Basic plan if it came with multi-site or unlimited site license option.

My suggestions:

1) All the plans should be offered with a choice of single, multi-site or unlimited site license options.

2) Instead of giving a 50% discount on the 1st purchase, the same should be given on renewals.

Hopefully, after reading my review, the developer would give a 2nd thought on improving the pricing structure.
