Great product, even better support

I’ve come to rely on Blogvault for so many things! It’s by far my favorite WordPress migration tool, and I switched from Manage WP to their WP Remote a few months ago. Not only is WP Remote a better deal for someone with a lot of sites like me, but it works so much more reliably than Manage WP ever did. Backups, updates, and monthly reports are flawless, and the security scan catches things that other plugins I’ve used miss.

But the absolute best thing about Blogvault as a company is their support. In the rare instances where I’ve had issues, or even just questions, support has gotten back to me amazingly quickly, thoroughly, and always with a helpful answer. They’ve even been quick to implement feature requests I’ve sent, like the ability to use MM/DD/YYYY instead of DD/MM/YYYY in my report graphs. I couldn’t be more impressed!
