Great product, fabulous support!

  • What a great lightbox! It does everything I needed and a whole lot more. The developer is very active and very open to development suggestions and has proactively contacted me on two occasions to offer any required assistance AND ask for ideas for further features!

    I bought the Pro Developer licence, installed it on a multi-site and it literally worked ‘out of the box’ with no setup. I then went through the options and was blown away by the functionality offered by such an inexpensive tool.

    This experience is in direct contrast to FooBox Pro where, after two weeks and multiple support requests, I gave up and went searching for an alternative. Thankfully, I found this plugin. It’s better, cheaper, genuinely multi-site compatible and has a willing developer.

    I’d happily give ARI Fancy Lightbox 10 stars if I could!

    FooBox Pro update:
    I have now been contacted by the developer of FooBox who has advised that the issues I was having were a result of licencing conflicts due to a recent move FooBox had made to Freemius as their payment gateway. I am empathetic to the many challenges software developers can face but having to wait two weeks to resolve an issue is not on. The developer was good enough to refund my payment but leave the licence active so that I can work with the plugin if I choose. None-the-less, my rating and comments for ARI Fancy Lightbox Pro stand. A great product at a great price with excellent support! What more can anyone need?
