Great Product, Great Service

Building an ecommerce solution for our small business was a daunting task for us. I had never built anything online before 2017 and while getting our products online for sale was a longtime wish, we had no idea where to start. After researching a couple dozen different solutions we could add to an existing WordPress blog, I kept coming back to look at WP EasyCart because it was so feature-rich right out of the box for a single price. You don’t have to keep buying more things to add to the product (in fact now they have a free version). We bought the premium version because we needed so many of the included features. Our state’s sales tax structure is complicated and the WP EasyCart plugin connects directly with the TaxCloud service that handles ALL of the sales tax for us. EasyCart also connects live with many different shipping companies so it can calculate those charges by weight and destination. Now that we have adjusted the weight of the each product to account for packaging, this is almost always perfectly accurate. Amazing connection with live payment processors; it can even do partial refunds (we chose to go with Stripe for payment processing, which is also fantastic!). Your products can be exported into a CSV file, edited in Excel, and then re-imported into the shopping cart with all changes made – this is a real time saver! Reports for orders and users can also be exported so you can track sales or send an email out to your customers. So many included features: gift cards, automatic emails for both order management and abandoned carts, inventory report, coupons, promotions, features for selling subscriptions and downloadable content – I could go on….an amazing amount of work has gone into this plug-in, and they keep improving it constantly!

Did I mention that I was new to web design? My many questions are met with quick response time and patient explanations. Their customer service is top-notch. I would totally recommend this plug-in to ANYONE who wants to sell on WordPress.
