    Thank you very much @freedomlock2011 for your feedback. If you are looking for such functionality we already have a separate add-on called Flexible Shipping Locations allowing to define precisely the shipping cost depending on the matched custom location.

    How do you get your shipping to automatically adjust up from your home state? Also I have some preset shipping cost for a certain safe manufacture. Can you get different products to adjust up from their own shipping location? Alot of products ship from Ohio but some ship from Texas & California.

    In such case I believe that creating a separate shipping classes e.g. Ohio warehouse or Texas warehouse, assigning them to the right products depending on where they are shipped from and defining the rules relevant to these shipping classes might be a solution, especially if combined with the properly set shipping zones. However, configuring it this way would require using the PRO version of Flexible Shipping plugin since it supports the shipping classes.
