• I have been a longtime user/customer of The Events Calendar (and its Pro version) and it has become my go-to and only choice I consider when adding calendar functionality to a site. While there are sometimes bumps in the road, given this plugin’s complexities and features, whenever I had had an issue the support team has been great to work with. Recently I encountered a very unique issue on a site I manage that appeared to have been caused by The Events Calendar. Upon further inspection, John B. (support rep) helped me determine that it was not related to TEC, but to another plugin that caused a conflict and errors when activated. This was very likely outside of the scope of support offered, but it was refreshing to have him tell me that he’d help get it figured out. It was a great example of offering above-and-beyond support!
