• It’s a very good plugin. We are gonna use the tool as a whole knowledge system. So not only support tickets but also tutorials, meeting notes, etc.

    And the fact that we can bundle users. Meaning: share knowledge between multiple client employee. No more knowledge lost in mailboxes.

    One major improvement i’m still waiting on: video embeds. Like a vimeo or Youtube. But also video share tools like Loom of CloudApp; or give the SC customers the possibility to build their own embeds; so we could built something for CloudApp-embeds ourselves. Cause a CloudApp url is just embedding an iframe. I know it’s hard to mail replies or tickets when it contains an iframe. Mailboxes would block it probably. But SC could filter out those iframes before it sends out the content. That would be awesome.
    Screencasts are our cornerstone for delivering good support, so yes: If we could embed CloudApp or video’s; then it’s for sure a 5-star!
    Then it’s really perfect for us.
