• I love this product. It saves us a lot of time managing WordPress website, when it works well.

    When things go wrong, and when you start to get multiple errors that say to contact support, it takes 3-5 days for them to answer (when they answer at all).

    It is a bit frustrating because we are paying for some of the premium add-ons but support is definitely not up to the standards.
