Great Scroller with decent options

Was looking for a decent scroller, that had the ability to add via shortcode, or PHP and this had that. I liked that you could control the speed of the images, and adjust sizing etc. Pretty much had everything I needed. It’s like half responsive, it will shrink with the screen, but the images don’t seem to scale down. Not really a huge problem though.
