Great service and follow up!

Great service with fast replies explaining what the possible problem was, I went to contact the domain provider blocking the IP of Gtranslate and they solved it. But best of all was a superb follow up by Nouneh who on her own checked in the next day by email “Hey, I see it was solved and that Gtranslate is working now. If there is anything else I can help you with :)”.

That is dedictation right there which we need more in this world! Thanks Nouneh for restoring my faith in customer service and humanity ??
