Great Service and Support!

I had some issue with the comment box not appearing in the native comment area. I log a ticket and they resolved my issue the same day. They even went out of their way to upgrade my WP version. The root cause was a compatibility issue with another plugin. All in all, it’s a worthy plugin and great support.
