• I’ve become a huge fan of Imagekit over the past year of using it. It’s easy to get started with and more important for myself, it’s highly configurable. At first I was a bit apprehensive when I saw Imagekit advertise the variety of sites and frameworks they integrate with because that often means that something like this WordPress plugin ends up poorly maintained or with incomplete functionality because resources are spread too thin.

But this plugin’s been rock solid since I’ve been using it. No bugs (that I’ve noticed) and it supports all the functionality and customization that the service provides. I suppose one exception is that there’s no way to sync your WordPress media library images with Imagekit’s media library, so I’ve had to handle that myself with their API.

The only other thing I’d like to see improved with this plugin is the option to configure settings using constants in wp-config.php. I manage a multisite installation and have to manually configure the same settings on each site.
