Great service levels!

I’ll update this after testing the plugin but 5 out of 5 for responsiveness! I have a large multi-site (32GB) and had numerous pre-sales questions. All were answered quickly and effectively without any sales pitch for the paid version.

Update: This software is incredibly easy to setup and use. It’s the ultimate in point and click code. It did a full backup of my site in about four hours using a single core and minimum memory with no noticeable effect on site load speeds. (The site gets between 35k and 50k pageviews daily).

I’ve now purchased the premium version and will update this review after doing a migration/clone.

Second update: The more I test, the better it gets. I’m using the pro version to backup directly to OneDrive and it is working flawlessly. The product and the support are as good as you’ll ever find!
