• On average I get 98 to 100 on GPS Mobile when using this plugin. Of course, I also optimize the site before turning on Nitropack. My 1 start review has nothing to do with the software and everything to do with support. For the cost of this software, I would expect when there are issues they would be supported. There isn’t. I don’t have much of an issue during the week, but on weekends when their system crashes they do nothing. They are home sleeping or enjoying their weekend while everyone’s sites are not being optimized.

    I don’t get how a website optimization company can just take off all weekend with no help when their system crashes. I have multiple sites that use this and all have the same issue. We tried to contact support but they won’t be back until Monday.

  • I am having the same issue with their support team. I am on a paid plan. Did you stay with NitroPack? I am waiting 3 days on average to get a reply, not a “proper response”. The score on mobile was very good, but on Desktop, I get an error, FCP error. I don’t know how to solve it, and since I can’t get a proper response from their support team, I am stuck. I have already paid. My main worry is that I was getting great results with WPRocket in the beginning. But then things just got worse. I thought because everything is hosted on external servers with NitroPack, it has great potential. I am wondering if I have got it wrong? In my opinion speed and CDN’s are too important, and a service that provides that needs to provide good customer service, otherwise, it’s a risky product. Please let me know if you are still with Nitropack as I am struggling to decide. Thanks.
