Great stuff, does the job reliably.

  • In looking for a customisable solution to pass any fields including tags and groups to mailchimp, this is the one!

    The one improvement is like to see is being able to pass the page_title as we use the same form in several pages often and need to differentiate. There is the page _url as a workaround but that’s bulky. Otherwise, very customisable and reliable.
