I’m actually only using the embed feedback code as my client doesn’t require any other ebay information on his new e-commerce site, but when I contacted support, they got back to me fast with a solution to a problem (an ebay change whereby product links were showing up) very fast.

Obviously a well supported plugin here so I recommend giving it a go if this is what you are looking for.
