Great Support

Had a problem with the plugin not loading the import csv. Mark and the support team were prompt to answer my requests. Turned out one of my security plugins was causing the issue. When I disabled it, the import worked as stated. The interface of this plugin is one of the simplest I tested which was appreciated.
