Had difficulty at first migrating from a Linux WP installation on one domain to another one on a Windows server on a different domain, but their support was outstanding, and they were able to provide me with a new build of the plug-in and identify that I needed to add application/json to the import server mime types. It worked great!

Really appreciate the time this great plug-in saves me!
