Thanks to Steven for sorting out the issue with wp google maps on my website !

Steven De Beer on support was so helpful- great explaining of what went wrong when the map wasnt functioning on the front end. “it looks like your theme might be placing the elements incorrectly which is causing the logo you have below the map’s Parent element to overlap the map”
