Great support

  • Hi all,
    I utilize Premium Addons for Elementor’s Media Grid widget for my client’s website but recently, after an update to 4.1.1 discovered that many of the videos no longer worked. I narrowed down the problem and sent support an Email with the issue. Joseph was quick to respond. And after several additional Emails, he was able to reproduce the problem and sent it on to the dev team. Within just a few days of my first email an update with the fix was available.
