Great Support

  • I purchased this software to remove a virus on my website, however it could not do it automatically. I then created a ticket and for support to do a manual removal and they got the job done. From time of purchase to resolution was less than 30 minutes.

    Update, I had a secondary problem with a plugin that would not let me deactivate or delete it. MalCare support got rid of it along with two other minor issues. This group is great at what they do.
