Great Support

I’m pretty early with my use of LitCommerce, but so far I’m very happy with the product.

There seem to be lots of features and after researching lots of similar plugins, this one seems to have the granularity and sales channels that I need.

The other reason I selected LitCommerce over the other options was the other reviews reporting that the support was great. I was able to experience this support today and can confirm it was excellent.

I had a technical query on automatic pricing adjustments, and Pauline from support answered my question within a few minutes. She included a series of screen shots to explain the process and even suggested a completely different option using templates that was above and beyond my original question.
