  • Contacted support via Live chat. I was quickly connected to Helena. She provided excellent pre-sale support by answering all my questions. Mainly about compatibility with my theme and other features of the Dokan plugin. Helena convinced me to download the plugin and I’m waiting for Black Friday in a couple of weeks to pull the trigger.
