As a beginner to WordPress, I appreciate that this plug-in is so user-friendly. I have the RUA Lite version. The step-by-step instructions are very clearly written and easy to understand for a novice like me. When I had a question, customer support emailed an answer to me very quickly. They took to time to make sure everything was right on my end and explained things to me in a way I could easily understand.
