    …for a paying user! After one week no Answer to my last question. Besides the performance of the chat has become really bad. There are lags for more than a minute and some messages never appear at all.

    I am really disappointed of that!!! The chat has so many great features but at the moment I would not recommend it.

    I found out now that using iron/chrome resolves the problem with the bad performance. I was using FF before.

    So forget about my comment above…it is not the chat it was my browser.

    But still no answer… ok, i am not longer disappoitnted that much ??

    Hey really sorry about that. I believe I responded to your email earlier.

    We’re working on the performance. Part of it has to do with upgrading our servers because of the recent influx of activity.
