Great support and commitment!

  • I tested the free version of the Author plugin and noticed that some stuff was not working as I would expect. The support theme, to be more specific John, replied to my initial support email back and started to solve the case.

    John was extremely committed to solve the problem and at the end he made it!

    I am really satisfied with the approach.
