Great support and great functionality

Our organization is using the MailPoet plugin for its monthly newsletter and update mailings, and it works very smoothly; we’ve been using it for a few months now, and I have been able to show others in the org how to access and use it successfully also. It communicates with the other plugins and theme well. The interface is transparent and straightforward. I honestly can’t believe that the plugin AND the statistical add-ons are free (we are under 1,000 people). It is such a relief to be able to rely on this plugin, given other costs on the website. And when I needed to contact support recently, they were very quick and very helpful, despite my not being a “paid tier” member. Thank you, Mail Poet! (Oh, and I love the name!!!! LOL)
