Great support and very nice free theme

  • Support answers fast. The theme is not perfect, but it is pretty good to be a free theme and it brings many options.

  • I am interested in the free pinnacle theme, but Kadence site notes that “Our Support forums are open to customers who have purchased a premium version of our themes.” So how did you get support on the free version?
