Great support but watch out for Error 500!!

This was originally going to be a 1-star review.

At first, when I upgraded to pro, I got Error 500 – Unable to reach site (site-wide) – completely broken. So, like a good wed developer, I opened an angry and frustrated trouble ticket full of threats and accusations…. Turns out, they we real pros. Bilal showed me where the problem was and got me back up and running in no time. I definitely recommend this product and this company for their support. Heads up though, read the knowledge base on the TGMPA issue (which is a coding error in some themes) and back-up your site before going pro (good advice anyway). Thanks to Bilal and the team for all their help.
