Great support, easy to use plug-in

I installed HUGE-IT Catalog for a client, and although it was easy to install and configure (especially compared to some other product catalogs I tried), the scrolling function on phones (android or iPhone) did not work.

The support staff at HUGE-IT went out of their way to find out what was wrong. It turns out the zoom function was causing a problem. They were quick to disable it on our site. They were patient as we worked through the issue and prompt in finding a solution.

I was very impressed to get this kind of attention and efficiency for the free version. Some support groups won’t even talk to you if you don’t have the premium version. If my client needs an expanded product catalog in the future (she has a home bakery with a very small list of products), I’ll definitely recommend HUGE-IT.
