Great support, even for complex issues

I’ve been a Jetpack user for quite a while, but I wanted to post a review after an interaction I had with support recently. One of my licenses got tied up in migrating from one server to another and I wasn’t able to log into the old server to release the license, however Jetpack Support stepped in and helped to troubleshoot the issue, ultimately resulting in them canceling out my old license and creating a new one at the same rate in order to get my site moving again.

I’m usually able to troubleshoot a lot of the hiccups that I encounter with WordPress, but it’s nice to know that their support is still ready and waiting for more complex issues like these that I need an assist to resolve! Thanks again!
