Great Support from PMPro

  • I’ve been using PMPro for a year and I’d like everyone to know what great support they provide to their users. From time to time I’ve had to contact them, sometimes because it didn’t seem like the plugin was working the way it should have, other times because I was having trouble figuring out how to do something.

    Recently I modified some of their code and it wasn’t doing what I wanted. Andrew Lima worked with me very diligently to isolate the issue and he provided me with a code segment to accomplish what I needed. He provided a response within 1 day each time I reached out to him.

    Andrew has given me confidence that that I will be able to provide my non-profit organization with a high-quality website.
