Lots of problems with current version

  • I previously wrote a 5 star review for this plugin.

    The developer is a great guy and very helpful.

    Unfortunately this plugin needs a LOT more work before it is slick enough for general use. I ran P3 Profiler and this plugin was slowing my site significantly (it was taking around 5 seconds to load!!).

    I bought the premium version of the plugin because at first glance it was just what I wanted but when you scratch the service you notice a lot of issues. This plugin has css that overwrites the normal backend css (!important used) and various other problems / bugs / parts that don’t work correctly.

    I’m sure that the developer will work on this and eventually get a really polished plugin but, as it stands, I’ve removed it from my site and written my own functionality.

    In good conscience I couldn’t leave a 5 star review on here knowing what I know now so have adjusted to suit.

    Ah yes. I can see how that reads but didn’t mean it like that. My mistake.

    Of course the updates are all free.

    Regardless it is still worth buying the premium to support guys like Pradeep who make these great plugins.

    Hi Johnny,

    I appreciate your thoughts about the product!

    You haven’t explained what problems / bugs / parts that don’t work correctly other than slowing down/CSS which I could reply or fixed.

    For slowing down, there may be many other reasons for show down your site as this is working well with all other customers. Also it is ajax based which generally runs faster than page reload.

    For CSS, It can not override any other part of your site other than support functionality and generally works well with the themes. But for some rare cases, this plugin have Custom CSS feature to make it correct.

    I don’t mind for such reviews and willing to make better product everyday ??
