Just wanted to note that I posted a glitch issue on their forum (on their site, not this one) and got an answer within minutes. After explaining fully, they realized it was an issue with the Google maps API (not their plugin) and have been working hard at a solution nonstop. On top of the many forum posts they made, they’ve also been communicating with me via email and keeping me informed when they find something out.
This level of support for a free plugin is amazing!
Oh yeah, and the plugin itself is wonderful. I’ve been using it for years with zero issues (until the one I just posted about).
UPDATE: I’ve now lowered my review to 1 star. After using this plugin for many years, and building quite a few locations into it, we had to rebuild our site. I thought at first, cool, I’ll just export then import the data with WP All Import and Export. Nope. So, I look into it and you can, in theory, get the ability to import and export their locations but the premium price is beyond ridiculous. I’m happy to pay for premium plugins but will never pay a monthly fee for such a teensy little portion of my overrall site. So, now I have to find another plugin, will HAPPILY pay for whatever premium module for import and export of it (which would be a one time fee) and then reenter ALL OF THE LOCATIONS by hand, wasting hours of my time, all because these guys got greedy.
Seriously people, A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?
