• I have used wordfence a lot, the free version and have been happy with it. On this occasion I needed to upgrade to the premium version in order to take advantage of the blocking countries feature. I was not paying attention and purchased 3 licenses instead of the one I needed. I did not have much hope when I put in the support ticket explaining my mistake and asking for a refund of two licenses. I was very grateful and happy when they replied within a couple of hours that a refund for the two extra licenses had been processed. 5 Star rating from me.
