Great Theme

  • I love the theme however, I would like to be able to recieve help faster. I wrote in the forum 2 days ago and only received an answer from someone who looked like they where actually trying to ping-pong me. Started saying I had posted to other themes when I’m asking on a single theme. If help was available as fast as one gets help from other themes, this would definetly be a 5 star. Right now, I have about 5 things I want to do and no help whatsoever.

    First, themes here on www.ads-software.com do not come bundled with free support. We have literaly hundreds of support tickets every week and if we were to reply to them all we wouldn’t be doing anything except be at your service all the time. These forums exist so other people with simmilar issues can help each other, it doesn’t necesarily mean that the developers should jump in and answer every single problem. This is a free theme, you can do anything you want with it, but don’t expect us to give you all of our time. We have jobs, families, friends, hobbies etc.

    Another thing is that if you really looked for support you would’ve found it on our site: https://www.cryoutcreations.eu/forum . But again, remember that you’re using a free theme, delivered AS IS and there’s noone to hold your hand all the time.

    Just a little background here…

    You actually posted 4 topics about 3 different themes within 12 hours. All themes have their own dedicated sub-forums – to which you were duly directed. Tip: when looking for support, try to stick to just one theme at a time.
