Great Theme Terrible Support

  • We purchased the lifetime plan. Their website claims 24-48 hour support. I’ve asked questions in the support forum that have never been answered. After finally contacting support via email and sending the requested screenshots three days later still waiting.

    I love their themes and would recommend them as long as you don’t need help with issues.
