Great Themes, Terrible Suppport

I’ve tried a few themes by this creator, and the story is the same–unanswered posts a year old in each forum section, and a slider that only displays your sites oldest posts. Even the contact email on their website warrants no replies.

To come so far as to design such nice themes, but to leave the support area unanswered is a very bad look.
