Great tool for source control.

  • I am working on a final project for a WordPress course and needed good back-up software to use as source control. I am doing a lot of editing to the back-end code and needed a way to revert to the state of the project before I made changes and ‘broke’ things. WPBackItUp has been very valuable to me.

    I have made several back-ups, and have had to restore twice after I changed the code and made a mess of things. WPBackItUp has saved me a ton of work! the back-up and restore processes run smoothly and actually function as advertised.

    I am recommending this product to my instructor as a requirement for future classes, as several students have had to start over when they have edited the code incorrectly and couldn’t remember exactly what they had done. Source control is good practice, and WPBackItUp made this easy.
