So many times I’ve seen users report problems with a website but not providing necessary information, either because they didn’t know what information might be of use or because they had no clue how to retrieve that information. Providing that information now is as easy as pressing a button: The debugging section now allows you to copy and paste all necessary information into your support question and saves a lot of time.

    Another great feature is the troubleshooting mode, which temporarily deactivates all plugins for the logged in user. It allows you to check, if basic functionality gets blocked by plugins, while they still work for all other users and website visitors. Instead of cloning the website to a local environment for testing, you only need to activate the troubleshooting mode.
