Great Top Bar Plugin

Great plugin that just works. Everything laid out well, and instructions are wonderful.

I had a problem with a strange character appearing, and the author spent a lot of time trying to fix it, but it was determined that it was a hosting fault, not the plugin, but he tried his damnedest to create a workaround.
