    Definitely understand and recognize the frustration, and we have been working on getting the connectivity consistency addressed. We’re hopeful that version 2.2.0 will help with that.

    Are you willing to try what will be version 2.2.0 to see if the changes have positively helped on the topic? Understood if you’d prefer not to, but we’d love any help with testing things ahead of a wider release.

    I wish I could, but it’s a client’s website. That said, if connectivity does get better, I’d be very happy to change my review.

    We also moved away from this plugin to Gravity Forms with their CC Addon. But we have been having connection problems with GF as well. Gravity Forms has no clue what is causing it. I’m wondering if there is something wrong with the CC API itself causing these dropped connections?

    We’re hopeful that the 2.2.0 release has solved a lot of the issues that users were experiencing with the newest API upgrade.
