greater than symbols next to list items

Hi,

Next to each list item in my right sidebar are two greater than signs. (>>)
They do not appear to be accessible through CSS. I can’t for the life of me figure out how to access that image and turn it off. It must be coming from the php somehow, or there’s a way to turn it off….anyone? This is making my hair fall out. ??
