• Over the years, Jetpack has provided useful services for publishing. Unfortunately, in the past months, they have become greedy, converting free plugins to paid plugins and excluding services from “non-premium” level subscriptions, e.g., Google Statistics. A “premium” level subscription should include ALL plugins. All the relevant plugins were introduced as “free”, and used by many, as myself, for several years. Suddenly, the monthly billing has increased by a huge percentage, disrupting the flow of what we have grown to depend on. Shameful.

  • Hi @harinam,

Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I understand that it’s disappointing to have to pay for features that were previously free. We have invested a lot of time building new features into Jetpack, which we feel provide great value.

As for Jetpack Stats, we still offer free plans to personal, non-commercial sites that aren’t aiming to make a profit. And, for commercial sites that are trying to make profits, we offer a paid plan with flexible billing based on the amount of traffic your site receives, along with access to advanced features and priority support.

Lastly, we offer Jetpack Complete as a premium subscription for users who want to enjoy all of the products across the entire Jetpack suite.

I hope this information was helpful. Please reach out anytime if you have further questions or feedback.
