Greek Characters

I have a form which takes Greek Characters.
When the email is received the labels of the various textboxes from my form are being displayed in Greek Characters just fine. Whatever has been put into those text boxes in Greek, is being displayed in its HTML encoded value. e.g. A becomes Α etc.
See screenshot below.I was wondering if you could point me in the right direction.
